These terms of service apply to the use of the WeekBite app (hereinafter "App") and the associated website. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

WeekBite is an iOS app for meal planning. The app allows importing recipes from videos (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), photos, and URLs, creating weekly meal plans, and automatically generating grocery lists.

3. Subscriptions and Pricing

WeekBite offers a free version with limited features and a paid Premium subscription. Billing is handled through the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use the App for legal purposes. In particular, you are responsible for ensuring that imported recipes and content do not infringe on third-party copyrights. WeekBite merely provides a tool for personal organization.

5. Disclaimer

WeekBite is a planning and organization tool. The app is expressly not a nutritional advisor and is no substitute for:

• Professional nutritional counseling
• Medical diagnosis or treatment
• Dietary recommendations for allergies or intolerances

Nutritional information is based on AI estimates and may differ from actual values. For food allergies or special dietary needs, please consult a qualified professional.

The operator assumes no liability for decisions or actions taken based on the app's content.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including design, code, and content, belong to the operator. The App may not be copied, modified, or redistributed.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or by email.

8. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the operator.
